The National Security Committee will not give any more concessions to the banned party for breaking the law

It was decided at the meeting of the National Security Committee that the banned Tehreek-e-Libek would not be allowed to violate the law further and would protect the sovereignty of the state from internal and external threats.

A meeting of the National Security Committee chaired by the Prime Minister was held on Friday, after which a statement issued said that no group or element would be allowed to disturb the law and order situation and put pressure on the government.

According to the statement, it was decided in the meeting that the illegitimate demands of the banned Tehreek-e-Libek would not be accepted.

The meeting expressed concern over the loss of life and property during the protest and termed the attitude of violence against the officials as unacceptable. The Prime Minister said that the government would continue to provide all kinds of assistance and support to the security personnel.

According to the statement, tolerance should not be considered as a weakness at all. No one will be allowed to disturb the law and order situation.

The meeting was attended by Federal Ministers, National Security Advisor, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, Chiefs of the three Armed Forces, DG ISI and other senior officials.

The committee strongly condemned the misuse and misleading use of the honorable prophethood issue by the banned party and also expressed grave concern over the loss of life and property during the protest.

Participants said that the banned party had created a negative image of Pakistan all over the world. The banned party deliberately damaged public and private property.

Prime Minister Imran Khan said that these officials were protecting the people and the government would continue to provide them all kinds of assistance and support.

On the other hand, Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid told the media in a briefing that talks are also underway with Saad Rizvi but so far no conclusion has been reached, his top agenda is France.

Sheikh Rashid said that the important meeting of the National Security Committee lasted for two hours and the Prime Minister would explain the government's policy in his address to the nation.

The Home Minister said that the FIA ​​has been instructed to deal with the campaigners for the banned organization on social media. The social media is running from India, USA, UK and other countries. He added that so far 4 policemen have been martyred and 80 others injured in the violence.

It may be recalled that Prime Minister Imran Khan will address the nation tomorrow in which he will take the nation into confidence over the current situation in the country. The Prime Minister was expected to address the nation today but was advised to stay till tomorrow
