 An Egyptian couple has reached Makkah after a long journey of 1200 km on a motorbike to perform Umrah.


According to the report of foreign news agency, the couple from Tanta city of Egypt has reached Makkah after a long journey of 1200 km on a motorbike to perform Umrah.

According to the report, Abu Dawud, an Egyptian citizen, said that he had been interested in owning a motorcycle since childhood and with the passage of time, he decided to buy a motorcycle after watching videos of motorcycle enthusiasts.

Omar Abu Dawud has traveled the longest distance of 1200 km to perform Umrah while his wife Asma Al-Janzarwi was also with him during this time and both of them have covered this long journey on a motorcycle in 48 hours.

It should be noted that during this trip, the Egyptian couple had to board a boat due to lack of land route between Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
