Actor and director Usman Mukhtar has said that he has accused a fellow female artist of harassment.
Actor Usman Mukhtar shared a post on his Instagram account with the caption of his story in which he wrote, 'I have been harassed, blackmailed and intimidated by a woman for more than a year and a half. Family members, especially my mother and friends, have been subjected to harassment and traumatic comments.
He had filed a harassment complaint with the FIA, which took a year to find out about the woman and then took another six months to summon her several times.
The actor said that the matter has affected his mental health but he remained silent and allowed the authorities to deal with it but now he is tired, he said that he wanted the issue to be resolved quietly so that a woman There should be no negative impression about it but his character is constantly being targeted on which he has decided not to remain silent.
Usman Mukhtar, who did not reveal the name or identity of the woman who harassed him, said that he had worked on a music video with a female artist in 2016 and that there were creative differences over the video throughout the shoot. And they argued many times, but they separated from the woman's project.
According to the actor, a few years later, the woman decided to make false claims about him on social media. For some years, she has been posting against him. The woman has been texting him for three consecutive years, but he has not responded.
He added that he respects women's freedom of expression and that any woman who raises a voice against harassment or abuse will believe it, despite her experience with false claims.
