The Pakistan Stock Exchange traded at a four-year high yesterday.
The 100 Index reached the level of 47,126 points at the end of trading in the Pakistan Stock Exchange yesterday. This is the highest level in the last 4 years. Earlier in August 2017, the trading index had reached the level of 47,084 points.
959.886 million shares were sold in the Pakistan Stock Exchange on the last day of this week. A total of 377 stocks were traded in the market on Friday, with 213 stocks gaining ground.
Yesterday, the trading index was trading at a high of 47,246 points and a low of 46,698 points.
World call topped the stock market and more than 380 million shares were traded in one day.
