Opposition's statement on bad economy has been buried, Shahbaz Gul

ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Shahbaz Gul has said that the opposition's statement of 3 years of bad economy has been buried.

Shahbaz Gul, special assistant to Prime Minister Imran Khan, has said that the opposition's statement of 3 years of bad economy has been buried and now it is shameful to talk about blocking the budget which is in line with the aspirations of the people.

He said that those responsible for the worst economies had put obstacles in the way of economic growth but despite this, today the foreign exchange reserves have reached 22 22 billion and the Pakistan Stock Exchange has reached the highest level in the last four years.

Shahbaz Gul said that Pakistan's exports in the last 10 months stood at 21 billion while Moody's estimated Pakistan's GDP growth at 4.64%.

He said that the country was on the path of development and now it was time to deliver fruits to the people.

Earlier, PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had said that an anti-people government could not make a people-friendly budget. We will thwart the approval of the budget.
