Inflation prevents sleep at night: PM Imran Khan

 ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that people have two problems. The first is inflation and the second is unemployment. "I can't sleep at night because of inflation," he said.


According to Hum News, while answering the questions asked by the people, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that a nation which cannot take care of its people is not civilized. He said that the higher the production, the lower the inflation.


Prime Minister Imran Khan said that steps were being taken to increase agricultural production. He said that a farmer card has been issued for the farmers.


He said that if the production of wheat was increased by only 10% then the price of flour would come down. He said that last year 4 million tonnes of wheat had to be imported.


Prime Minister Imran Khan said that if wheat is expensive abroad, it cannot be that wheat is cheap in the country. He said that from June 20 to May 21, the price of oil in the world has increased by 100%.


PM Imran Khan said that if petrol prices were increased in the country, everything would become more expensive. He said that prices of petroleum products in Pakistan have been increased by 11.88%.


The country is out of a very difficult time, the dollar should not start going out of the country, Prime Minister


According to Hum News, Prime Minister Imran Khan in response to a question said that the price of ghee in the world increased by 70% but we increased it by only 27%.
