Hernaz Sindhu, who won the Miss Universe 2021 title, says she would love to work in a biopic of actress Priyanka Chopra.
According to the Indian newspaper Hindustan Times, in an interview to Bollywood Hungama, Harnaz Sindhu said that he is very impressed with Priyanka Chopra. When asked which actress would like to act in a film based on her life story, she named Priyanka Chopra.
Harnaz Sindhu said, "I would like to be a part of this (biopic). I think she has impressed me with her (life's) journey and she will continue to impress thousands.
Harnaz Sindhu had earlier praised Priyanka Chopra and Priyanka Chopra had also expressed happiness over her victory.
Hernandez was crowned Miss Universe at the 70th Miss Universe pageant.
India won the Miss Universe title 21 years later, in 2000 by Lara Dutta.
In the competition held in the Israeli city of Elt, Hernaz Sindhu defeated the beauties from Paraguay and South Africa.
A video clip of her appearing in the title of Miss Universe came out in which she was seen saying, "I like Priyanka Chopra so much that I will always choose her."
"Priyanka Chopra is my inspiration, she made her mark and not only participated in the beauty pageant but also represented India through her acting and singing," he told Red F, India's entertainment news website. I hope to follow in their Harnaz Sindhu.
