Krunoba: Arrangements for Hajj completed for second year in a row

Saudi Arabia will host the second Hajj next week during the global Corona epidemic, which will be attended only by Saudi citizens or Muslims from other countries who have received both doses of the CoV-19 vaccine.

For the second year in a row, Muslim pilgrims abroad will not be able to enjoy the blessings of Hajj due to the global epidemic of Corona. Hajj Security Commander Major General Zayed Al-Tawian has announced that the number of pilgrims has been limited due to the Karuna epidemic this year so that the pilgrims can avoid the epidemic during Hajj.

The Saudi government completed arrangements for the Hajj last year at the height of the Karuna epidemic, while the virus could not spread in the country during the Hajj.

It should be noted that the Saudi government has allowed only Saudi citizens and foreigners residing in Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj this year. This year, 60,000 lucky people will participate in Hajj.

Recently, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the end of the online registration process for Hajj pilgrims this year.

According to the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, 558,270 applications for Hajj were submitted on the ministry's portal.
