We will not allow Iran to develop nuclear weapons, US President

 Washington: US President Joe Biden has assured Israel that he will never allow Iran to develop nuclear weapons.


According to the foreign news agency, Israeli President Raven Revlin met with the US President in the White House in which issues of mutual interest were discussed and especially Middle East issues were discussed.


The Israeli president expressed strong concerns about Iran's violation of the nuclear deal and the development of nuclear weapons, saying the United States should make its re-accession to the 2015 global nuclear deal conditional on the closure of Iran's nuclear plant.


US President Joe Biden also expressed concern over Iran's nuclear weapons program, assuring the Israeli president that he would never allow Iran to develop nuclear weapons under his administration.


The Israeli president said that cooperation between the two countries needs to be further enhanced in the context of the Middle East. We must work together against Iranian intervention and militancy.
